Objective

The customer service supervisor is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with customers, pilots, and team members within the customer service department.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  2. Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as required
  3. Review all invoicing for services rendered to confirm accuracy
  4. Record customer preferences in Million Air CSI system
  5. Assist with the proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft
  6. Work with customer service manager to establish CSR schedules
  7. Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  8. Partner with Line Service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
  9. Create and maintain all logs used in day to day operation of customer service department
  10. Keep inventory of office supplies and hospitality bar stock, order and pickup when required.
  11. Assist customer service manager to coordinate all major event hospitality needs
  12. Maintain neat work area at all times to include front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities

1. Customer focus- naturally outgoing/extroverted. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and highly customer oriented

2. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Products and point of sale programs

3.Conflict resolution skills to strengthen internal and external customer relationships

4. Basic mathematical knowledge

Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the Customer Service Manager

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:

  1. Communicate with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communications 10/2015
  2. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  3. Greet customers in the lobby and on the airport ramp
  4. Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is an exempt position. This position includes shifts work which requires working evenings and weekends, and on scheduled company holidays

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.


Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications

  1. Minimum three (3) years customer service experience including supervisory duties
  2. High School Diploma
  3. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  4. Clean driving record
  5. Ability to pass a background check
  6. Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening
