We are seeking a Charter Sales Representative for our Houston Headquarters. In this position you would provide, in our Million Air fashion, white glove services to our customers while problem solving when issues arise.

This role is a blend of customer service and strong sales experience. To be successful in this role, you would need to be confident in supporting yourself, building our brand, and other services offered within Million Air. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to grow the role and the brand by building key internal and external relationships to increase sales.

Responsibilities / Duties

The responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Promptly respond to quote requests, including outside of normal business hours
  • Analyze schedules for fleet optimization / utilization
  • Utilize industry experience to suggest improvements to sales, marketing, customer service and other business functions
  • Perform coordination of services for contracted trips, including communication with flight operations, brokered operators, and vendors
  • Ensure proper day-of-operation communications with clients including times outside of normal business hours
  • Sourcing and negotiation of brokered / supplemental aircraft for Brokers, American Jet and Million Air
  • Develop strong understanding of factors influencing charter pricing, including seasonality, competition, demand, aircraft capabilities, operating cost and sales channel
  • Grow our retail customer base by targeting new clients through networking and sales outreach
  • Utilize sales tools and drive our social media platforms to help attract and capture market share

Reporting Relationships

Reports directly to the Operations Control Center Manager.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:

  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers.
  • Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.

Position Type and Hours of Work

This is an Exempt position. This position may require working evenings and weekends, and on company scheduled holidays.


Some Travel is expected for this position. Possible travel may include industry trade shows, sales opportunities, and assisting other locations.
