Objective
The HR Coordinator/Fuel accountant is responsible to insure the timely and accurate processing of fuel invoices, accounting, HR information and create a work environment through support of the Million Air culture and REW Policies. Excellent pay and benefits!


Responsibilities and Duties

1. Responsible for educated employees on various HR related functions including, time and attendance, benefit overviews, recruitment and onboarding.
2. Manage and guide new hires with electronic onboarding items and tasks.
3. Coordinate local company orientation program
4. Provide local training on HR issues to team
5. Develop a thorough knowledge / understanding of company policy manual
6. Work to ensure that Company policy is in compliance with state and local employment law
7. Manage and ensure compliance with Million Air's hiring and training programs
8. Foster a teamwork oriented, high-performance culture that is customer focused
9. Complete HR reports as required and timely

Fuel Accountant Duties:

10. Maintain fuel meter logs; input fuel receipts and reconcile fuels
11. Update fuel prices; order fuel from suppliers
12.Audit fuel tickets and invoices for completeness and accuracy; reconcile and close credit card batches
13. Prepare sales tax reports and reconcile to general ledger payable balance; prepare federal excise tax reports
14. Prepare monthly fuel summary report depicting inventory reconciliations and compare to counted inventory, resolve all variances
15. Where applicable, Invoice airlines and other companies for fueling and other services
16.Communicate fuel inventory levels with airlines and co-ordinate orders

Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the General Manager


Work Environment
This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is an exempt position.
Normal schedule is Monday through Friday

Travel
No travel is expected for this position.


Required Education and Experience
1. HR principles and procedures experience
2. Minimum 1-2 years of business experience with emphasis on HR functions.


Additional Eligibility Qualifications
1. Prior experience with ADP a plus
2. Acceptable driving record
3. Ability to pass a background check
4. Zero tolerance drug free company
